Combining jobs saves money. There's a £45 minimum call-out on one-item visits, so if you're booking a single rug or mattress it's worth adding a room or the stairs while we're there — far more done for the same visit.

The things people ask
How long will my carpets take to dry?
Usually a few hours — most carpets are touch-dry the same afternoon. Open a window or leave the heating ticking over and it'll be quicker. Avoid walking on damp carpet in outdoor shoes until it's fully dry.
Do I need to move the furniture?
Clear what you can — lamps, toys, bins, anything light. We'll move smaller furniture between us. Beds, wardrobes and anything heavy or fragile stay put and we clean around them.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Horden, SR8 and cover Peterlee, Easington, Blackhall, Castle Eden, Shotton Colliery, Wingate, Wheatley Hill, Thornley, Murton, Seaham, Trimdon, Ryhope, Hartlepool, Hetton-le-Hole, Houghton-le-Spring, Sunderland and Durham. Are you insured?
Yes — £2 million public liability through Simply Business, covering carpet, upholstery and curtain cleaning. If you're a business or letting agent and need a copy of the certificate for your records, just ask and we'll send it over.
What products do you use?
We use Prochem — the professional range most of the UK trade runs on — matched to the fibre we're working with, then rinsed back out with hot-water extraction. Once dry, treated carpets and upholstery are safe for children and pets. If anyone in the house has a particular sensitivity or allergy, tell us in the booking notes and we'll work around it.
What do you need from me on the day?
Access to a tap, a standard plug socket, and somewhere to park reasonably close to the door. If parking is permit-only or tricky, tell us in the booking notes so we can plan for it.
Will you get every stain out?
Most marks lift completely. Some don't — bleach, dye transfer, old pet damage and heat marks have permanently changed the fibre, so no amount of cleaning brings the colour back. We'll tell you honestly what we think will shift before we start, rather than promising the earth.
How do I pay?
After the job is done and you're happy with it. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when we approve your booking.
What happens after I request a slot?
The slot is held for you straight away and marked awaiting confirmation. We review every request by hand and get back to you to confirm. If for any reason we can't make that slot, we'll offer you the nearest alternative.
What if I need to cancel or move my booking?
Just get in touch as early as you can — quote your booking reference and we'll move you to another slot.
